Nordic Marine Power Launches PowerStack Production: First Delivery Set for June

We are proud to announce that Nordic Marine Power has officially started production of our PowerStack energy system — a next-generation modular marine battery solution designed for optimal safety, scalability, and performance.

The first units are scheduled for delivery in June 2025, and will be installed in our pilot project in Norway this September. This marks a key milestone for Nordic Marine Power as we transition from development to deployment, bringing our technology from lab and prototype stages to real-world maritime operations.

The upcoming installation will serve as a full-scale demonstration of PowerStack’s capability to support zero-emission propulsion in demanding marine environments. The system has been engineered for both newbuilds and retrofit applications, with a strong focus on modularity, integration efficiency, and compliance with DNV and other regulatory standards.

As we move forward, this pilot will play a critical role in validating the system under operational conditions and refining our offering based on live performance data. We look forward to sharing updates throughout the project.
